Admin Portal Overview

The SitePack Admin Portal is the website you visit whenever you want to change anything about your site — write a new page, check on an order, update your logo, or invite a colleague to help out. It is the control room for your entire online presence, and it is built so that no coding knowledge, design experience, or technical background is required. If you are comfortable using email or online banking, you already have the skills you need to manage your SitePack website.

This guide gives you the big picture: what the Admin Portal is, how to log in and pick the right website, and where to find every major tool. Every section mentioned below has its own detailed guide, linked throughout this page.

What is the Admin Portal used for?

Think of your website as a shop or office, and the Admin Portal as the back office behind it. Visitors never see the Admin Portal — they only see your public website. Everything you do inside the Admin Portal (adding a product, changing a color, publishing a blog post) becomes visible on your live website, usually within seconds.

With the Admin Portal you can:

  • Write and publish pages, blog posts, and legal pages (such as your privacy policy).
  • Run an online store — manage products, track orders, and configure payments and shipping.
  • Change the design of your site, including colors, fonts, and layout, without touching any code.
  • Manage your domain name, professional email addresses, and subscription.
  • Invite team members or clients to help manage the site with you.

Logging in to the Admin Portal

The Admin Portal is available at admin.sitepack.eu and works in any modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) on a computer, tablet, or phone. You do not need to install any software.

  1. Open your browser and go to admin.sitepack.eu.
  2. Enter your credentials — the email address and password you used when you signed up for SitePack.
  3. Select your website. If your account has more than one website attached to it, you will see a list to choose from (see below). If you only manage one site, you will be taken there directly.

If you ever forget your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen to reset it by email. There is no need to contact support for a routine password reset.

Choosing which website to manage

Many SitePack customers manage more than one website from a single account — for example, a business owner running both a main company site and a webshop, or an agency managing sites for several clients. Because of this, SitePack shows a site selection screen right after login whenever your account has access to more than one website.

  1. Log in at admin.sitepack.eu.
  2. Choose a site from the list of websites connected to your account. Each entry typically shows the site's name and its main domain name, so it is easy to tell them apart.
  3. Continue to the Editor. Once you pick a site, you are taken straight to that website's Dashboard, where all further changes for that specific site take place.

You can always return to this selection screen later if you need to switch to a different website — you never need to log out and log back in just to move between sites.

Finding your way around: the main sections

Once inside a website's admin environment, a sidebar menu on the left gives you access to every major area. Each of these has its own in-depth guide:

  • Dashboard — A quick, at-a-glance overview of your site's traffic, recent activity, and (if you sell online) recent orders and revenue.
  • Content Management — Where you create and edit pages, blog posts, your site's navigation menu, and manage SEO details and redirects.
  • Online Store — Everything related to selling online: products, categories, orders, payments, and shipping.
  • Theme & Design — Customize how your website looks: colors, fonts, spacing, and the overall theme.
  • Settings — The technical and administrative side of your site: your domain, professional email, subscription and billing, team members, and more.

Because every section lives in one place, you never need separate logins or separate tools to run your website, your webshop, and your email — it is all managed from the same Admin Portal.

Getting support

If you get stuck on any task, SitePack's help resources are never far away:

  • The "Resources" section of the sidebar menu inside the Admin Portal links directly to this Support Center.
  • This Support Center (the site you are reading right now, at help.sitepack.eu) contains step-by-step guides for every feature mentioned above.
  • If a guide does not answer your question, you can reach out through the contact options listed in the Admin Portal's Resources menu.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any technical or coding knowledge to use the Admin Portal?

No. The Admin Portal is designed entirely around visual menus, forms, and buttons. Tasks like publishing a page, changing a color, or adding a product involve no code at all. A small number of advanced, optional features (like Custom HTML) do involve code, but they are entirely optional and clearly marked.

Can I manage more than one website with a single SitePack account?

Yes. If your account has multiple websites attached to it, you will see a site selection screen after logging in, and you can switch between sites at any time without logging out.

What happens if I forget my password?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the admin.sitepack.eu login screen. You will receive an email with instructions to set a new password — no need to contact support for this.

Is the Admin Portal the same as my public website?

No. The Admin Portal is a private back office only you (and anyone you invite) can access. Visitors to your business never see it — they only see the public website that results from the changes you make inside the Admin Portal.

Where do I go next?

If this is your first time logging in, start with the Dashboard guide to understand the overview screen, then move on to Content Management to start building your pages.
