Professional Email
Communicate with your customers using a professional email address that matches your domain (e.g., info@yourdomain.com).
Setting Up Mailboxes
- Go to Settings -> Mail.
- Click Register Mail Account.
- Enter the desired prefix (e.g., "info", "support", or your name).
- Once created, your mailbox is ready to send and receive messages.
Accessing Your Email
- Webmail: SitePack includes a built-in webmail interface so you can access your messages from any browser.
- External Apps: You can connect your SitePack email to external applications like Outlook, Gmail, or your phone's mail app using the server settings provided in the Mail Setup Guide.
Managing Mail Usage
- Account Limits: View your total and used mailbox slots.
- Forwarding: (If supported) Set up forwarding rules to send copies of incoming mail to another address.
