Store Settings
Fine-tune how your online store operates. These settings can be found in the admin menu under Settings -> Online Store.
General Store Settings
Configure basic store behavior, such as:
- Currency & Units: Set your preferred currency and measurement units (weight, length).
- Tax Settings: Define tax rates based on your region.
- Store Visibility: Temporarily disable sales while maintaining your product catalog.
Payments
SitePack integrates with leading payment service providers (PSPs) to ensure a secure checkout.
Connecting a Provider
- Go to Settings -> Online Store -> Payments.
- Click Add Payment Provider.
- Choose your provider (e.g., Mollie or PayNL).
- Enter your API keys provided by the PSP.
- Test Mode: Always perform a test transaction before going live to ensure everything is configured correctly.
Enabling Payment Methods
Once your provider is connected, you can enable specific methods like iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay directly within the SitePack admin.
Shipping & Logistics
Define where you ship and how much it costs.
- Shipping Countries: Select the countries you are willing to deliver to.
- Shipping Rates: Create rules for shipping costs (e.g., "Free shipping over €50" or flat rates per country).
Customer Accounts
Manage the checkout experience for your customers.
- Guest Checkout: Allow customers to complete an order without creating a password.
- Customer Dashboard: (If enabled) Customers can log in to view their order history and manage their details.
Product Filters
Help your customers find products quickly by setting up filters on your category pages.
- Go to Settings -> Online Store -> Filters.
- Click Add Filter.
- Choose from your existing Product Facets (e.g., Brand, Color, Size).
- Once saved, these filters will automatically appear on your website's sidebar when customers browse categories.
Automated Emails
Customize the emails that SitePack sends to your customers.
- Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after a successful purchase.
- Shipping Notification: Sent when you change an order status to "Sent."
- Order Completed: A final email when the order is fulfilled.
- Template Customization: Use placeholders to automatically include the customer's name, order number, and tracking links.
