Domain Management Overview

Your domain name is your unique address on the web. SitePack makes it easy to register and manage your domains directly from our platform.

Registering a Domain​

To register a new domain, visit the SitePack Admin and navigate to Settings > Domains.

Free Initial Domain​

As a SitePack user, you are entitled to one free domain registration. This offer applies to most European country-level domains, including:

  • .nl (Netherlands)
  • .be (Belgium)
  • .de (Germany)
  • .eu (European Union)
  • .fr (France)
  • .it (Italy)
  • .es (Spain)
  • .at (Austria)
  • .pl (Poland)
  • .dk (Denmark)
  • .se (Sweden)

Additional Domains​

If you wish to register more than one domain, we offer very competitive pricing. You can find the latest rates and register additional domains directly in the Admin section.

Primary Domain & Redirection​

When you register your first domain, SitePack automatically configures it as your Primary Domain.

  • Automatic Redirection: All additional domains registered to your account will automatically redirect to your Primary Domain. This ensures a consistent brand experience for your visitors.
  • Switching Primary Domains: You can change which domain is considered "Primary" at any time through the Settings > Domains page in the Admin portal.

Domain Management Policy​

To ensure the best possible performance and security for your website and email, SitePack requires all custom domains to be managed within our platform.

  • Full Ownership: You (the customer) are and always remain the legal owner of your domain. Even though SitePack manages the technical administration and DNS, the ownership rights belong entirely to you.
  • No External Providers: We do not support connecting domains that are registered or managed with external providers.
  • Full Control: To use a custom domain with SitePack, the domain must be registered with us, and its DNS must be managed through the SitePack Admin.
  • Seamless Integration: This policy allows us to automatically configure your site and email settings, ensuring everything works perfectly without any manual effort from your side.

Automated Setup​

We take the technical hassle out of domain management. When you register a domain through SitePack, the following are configured automatically:

  • DNS Records: All necessary web and server records are set up.
  • SSL Certificates: We automatically issue and renew SSL certificates for your domain, ensuring your website is always secure (HTTPS).
  • Email Security: Essential records for reliable mail delivery, such as DKIM and SPF, are created on your behalf to protect your domain reputation.
