Email Overview

SitePack provides professional email hosting services that allow you to use your domain name for your email addresses (e.g., info@yourdomain.com).

Getting Started​

You can manage your email accounts directly through the SitePack Admin.

How to Create a New Mailbox​

  1. Log in to the SitePack Admin.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Mail.
  3. Here you can register new email accounts.

Pricing: Your first mailbox (up to 5 GB of storage) is completely free!

  • Extra Storage: If you need more than 5 GB for your mailbox, you can easily upgrade for a small monthly charge.
  • Additional Mailboxes: For any additional mailboxes beyond the first one, a small charge will apply per extra account.

Support Policy​

Important Note

Please be aware that we are unable to provide direct assistance with the configuration of email accounts on your personal devices, such as computers, laptops, or smartphones.

If you require hands-on assistance setting up your devices, we recommend contacting a local IT specialist or service provider.
