Email Overview

SitePack provides professional email hosting, letting you send and receive email using your own domain name instead of a generic provider — for example, info@yourdomain.com rather than a personal Gmail or Hotmail address. A matching email address is one of the simplest ways to make your business look established, and it takes just a couple of minutes to set up.

Getting started​

All of your email accounts are created and managed directly through the SitePack Admin — there is no separate mail control panel to log into.

How to create a new mailbox​

  1. Log in to the SitePack Admin.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Mail.
  3. From here, register a new email account by choosing the address you want (see the full walkthrough in Professional Email settings).

Pricing​

Your first mailbox, with up to 5 GB of storage, is completely free as part of your SitePack account.

  • Extra Storage: Need more room for a busy inbox? You can upgrade your storage allowance for a small monthly charge.
  • Additional Mailboxes: Beyond your first free mailbox, each additional address (for example, separate accounts for different team members) carries a small charge per account.

Support policy​

Important Note

SitePack is not able to provide direct, hands-on assistance with configuring email accounts on your personal devices — computers, laptops, or smartphones. If you need someone to physically walk through the setup with you, we recommend contacting a local IT specialist or service provider.

That said, the two guides below give you everything a typical user or IT helper needs to get connected without difficulty.

Yes — that is exactly what SitePack's professional email hosting is for. Your mailboxes use the domain name connected to your SitePack website.

Do I need special software to check my email?​

No. You can check your email entirely through a web browser using Webmail, with nothing to install. If you prefer, you can also connect a dedicated app like Outlook or your phone's built-in mail app using the details in Server Settings.

Can SitePack help me set up email on my laptop or phone?​

SitePack provides all the technical settings needed in the Server Settings guide, but we are not able to offer hands-on, device-by-device support. For that kind of help, we recommend a local IT specialist.

How many mailboxes can I create?​

You can create as many as you need. The first is free (up to 5 GB), and each additional mailbox beyond that carries a small charge — see Professional Email settings for how to manage this from your Admin Portal.
