Server Settings

If you prefer to use your own devices or mail applications (like Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail), use the settings below to connect your SitePack account.

Technical Settings​

For both incoming and outgoing mail, you must use Authentication (your full email address and your password).

Incoming Email (IMAP)​

  • Type: IMAP
  • Server: imap.cloudisp.net
  • Port: 993
  • Protocol: SSL/TLS
  • Authentication: Required (Yes)

Outgoing Email (SMTP)​

  • Server: smtp.cloudisp.net
  • Port: 465 (Note: some internet providers may require port 587)
  • Protocol: SSL/TLS
  • Authentication: Required (Yes)

Credentials​

  • Username: Your full email address (e.g., name@yourdomain.com)
  • Password: The password you created in the SitePack Admin.
