Webmail

SitePack Webmail lets you check and send email straight from your web browser. No software to download, no app to configure. It is the fastest way to get started with a new mailbox, and a convenient fallback whenever you're using a computer or device that isn't your own.

Accessing Webmail​

You can log in to your mailbox at any time by visiting:

How to log in​

  1. Visit the address above in any web browser.
  2. Enter your full email address as the username, for example, name@yourdomain.com.
  3. Enter your password, the same one you set when creating the mailbox in the SitePack Admin.

Do I need to install anything to use Webmail?​

No. Webmail runs entirely inside your web browser. Just visit the address above and log in with your email address and password.

What login details do I use for Webmail?​

Use your full email address (for example, name@yourdomain.com) as the username, and the password you created when setting up the mailbox in the SitePack Admin under Settings → Mail.

Is it safe to use Webmail on a public or shared computer?​

Yes, the connection itself is encrypted and secure. As with any online account. Remember to log out when you're finished on a shared or public computer, so the next person can't access your inbox.

Can I use Webmail and a mail app (like Outlook) at the same time?​

Yes. Webmail and a connected app both access the same mailbox, so messages stay in sync no matter which one you use to read or send mail. See Server Settings if you also want to set up a dedicated mail app.

What should I do if I forget my Webmail password?​

Your Webmail password is the same one set for your mailbox in Settings → Mail within the SitePack Admin. Update or reset it there if you've forgotten it.
