Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything to use Webmail?

No. Webmail runs entirely inside your web browser — simply visit the address above and log in with your email address and password.

What login details do I use for Webmail?

Use your full email address (for example, name@yourdomain.com) as the username, and the password you created when setting up the mailbox in the SitePack Admin under Settings → Mail.

Is it safe to use Webmail on a public or shared computer?

Yes, the connection itself is encrypted and secure. As with any online account, remember to log out when you're finished on a shared or public computer, so the next person can't access your inbox.

Can I use Webmail and a mail app (like Outlook) at the same time?

Yes. Webmail and a connected app both access the same mailbox, so messages stay in sync no matter which one you use to read or send mail — see Server Settings if you also want to set up a dedicated mail app.

What should I do if I forget my Webmail password?

Your Webmail password is the same one set for your mailbox in Settings → Mail within the SitePack Admin. Update or reset it there if you've forgotten it.
