Partner Dashboard

The Partner Dashboard is your central command center for managing your organisation's presence on SitePack. You can access it at any time via admin.sitepack.eu/partners.

Dashboard overview​

Once you select an organisation (see Registering your Organisation if you manage more than one), you land on the Dashboard, which gives you a high-level summary of your account at a glance:

  • Sites Summary: A quick look at the client websites currently managed by your organisation — see Managing Sites for the full breakdown.
  • Partner Details: A verification snapshot of your company information and the date your organisation was created.
  • Subscription Status: Shows whether your organisation is currently on a Free or Premium partner plan.

Premium Partner benefits​

SitePack offers a Premium Partner status for organisations that want advanced features and a higher level of support. Premium partners typically receive:

  • Enhanced visibility in the App and Theme Marketplaces, helping your work get discovered by more users.
  • Priority developer support, so technical questions get resolved faster.
  • Advanced analytics for the apps and themes you publish, giving you deeper insight into how they're performing.
  • Early access to new platform features before they roll out more broadly.

You can check your organisation's current status at any time in the Subscription section of your Dashboard.
