Registering your Organisation
To become an official SitePack partner, you first need to register your organisation — a professional entity that groups all of your client sites, apps, and themes under one single account. Instead of your work being scattered across separate logins, everything is organized under your agency or business name.
Registration process
- Log in to your existing SitePack account.
- Navigate to the Partners section, either from the main admin menu or by going directly to admin.sitepack.eu/partners.
- Click Create organisation.
- Fill in the required details:
- Company Name: The legal, registered name of your business.
- Address: Your company's physical business address.
- Postal Code & City: Location details matching your address.
- Country: The country your business operates in.
- Click Register Organisation. Your partner profile is created immediately, and you gain instant access to the Partner Dashboard.
There is no waiting period or manual approval step — as soon as you submit your details, your organisation is live and ready to use.
Managing multiple organisations
Some partners work across more than one organisation — for example, an agency operating in different regions under separate legal entities, or a developer who contributes to more than one team. SitePack fully supports this: you can be a member of multiple partner organisations at once using the same personal login.
From the Partner Overview screen, simply select which organisation you want to manage at any given time. Switching between them takes just a click, and each organisation's sites, apps, themes, and settings remain completely separate from one another.

What information do I need to register a partner organisation?
You'll need your company name, physical address, postal code and city, and country of operation. All of this is entered in a single registration form.
Is there an approval process before I can start using my partner account?
No. Once you submit your organisation details and click Register Organisation, your partner profile is created immediately and you have full access to your Partner Dashboard right away.
Can I be part of more than one partner organisation?
Yes. You can belong to multiple partner organisations using the same personal SitePack login, and switch between them from the Partner Overview screen at any time.
Do I need a company to register as a partner?
The registration form asks for a company name and business address, making the program best suited to registered agencies, freelancers operating as a business, or development teams with a formal entity.
Where do I manage my organisation's details after registering?
Head to Organisation Settings to update your company information and communication preferences at any time.
