Organisation Settings

The Settings page within your Partner Dashboard is where you manage your organisation's profile and communication preferences, keeping your business details accurate and controlling what SitePack emails your organisation receives.

Company information​

Keep your business details current to ensure accurate billing and communication:

  • Company Name
  • Physical Address
  • Postal Code & City
  • Country

These are the same details you originally provided when registering your organisation, and you can update any of them here at any time as your business changes.

Email preferences​

SitePack keeps partners informed through several types of automated email updates. You can toggle each of these on or off individually based on what's useful to you:

  • Monthly Partner Overview: A summary of your organisation's performance and activity over the past month.
  • Regular SitePack Product Updates: Notifications about new features, API changes, and platform improvements relevant to developers and agencies.
  • Other Mail Updates: Important announcements and miscellaneous notifications that don't fall into the categories above.

Remember to click Save Settings after making any changes. Updates are not applied automatically as you toggle each option.

Frequently asked questions​

Can I update my company details after registering as a partner?​

Yes. All the company information provided during registration (name, address, postal code, city, and country) can be updated at any time from the Organisation Settings page.

Can I turn off marketing or update emails from SitePack?​

Yes. Use the Email Preferences toggles to control which types of updates you receive. Monthly Partner Overview, Regular SitePack Product Updates and Other Mail Updates can each be switched on or off independently.

Do I need to save after changing a setting?​

Yes. Click Save Settings after making any change on this page. Toggles and updated fields are not applied until you save.

What is included in the Monthly Partner Overview email?​

It's a summary of your organisation's performance and activity over the previous month, sent automatically if that preference is enabled.

Will I miss important platform changes if I turn off Product Updates?​

Turning off Regular SitePack Product Updates means you won't receive routine notifications about new features and API changes by email. We recommend keeping this enabled if your organisation actively builds apps or themes that could be affected by platform changes.
