Managing Sites

The Sites section of your Partner Dashboard lets you manage every client website associated with your organisation from one central place. No need to log into each client's account separately.

Site list

The Sites view displays a comprehensive table of every website your organisation manages, including:

  • Site Name & Domain: The primary identifier for each website, making it easy to recognize at a glance which client or project it belongs to.
  • Status: Whether the site is currently Active or Blocked.
  • Created Date: When the site was first added to your organisation, useful for tracking how long you've managed a particular client relationship.

Adding a site

To provision a new website for a client. Click the Add site button. This lets you set up a new environment directly from your partner account, without the client needing to be involved in the technical setup process.

Frequently asked questions

Can I manage all my client websites without separate logins for each one?

Yes. The Sites section of your Partner Dashboard gives you centralized access to every client website your organisation manages, without needing individual credentials for each one.

What does it mean if a site's status shows as "Blocked"?

A blocked site is not currently active or reachable. If you see this status unexpectedly on a client's site, review that site's individual settings by clicking Manage, or reach out through the Partner Dashboard's support resources.

How do I add a new website for a client?

Click the Add site button in the Sites section to provision a new website environment directly from your partner account.

You gain access to that site's individual settings, performance metrics and configuration options: the same categories of tools covered in the Admin Portal guides, applied to that specific client's website.

Can I see when a site was first added to my organisation?

Yes. The Created Date column in the Sites list shows exactly when each website was provisioned under your organisation.
